PHOTON
THE HIGH-ALTITUDE PSEUDO-SATELLITE

Photon is our solar-powered High-Altitude Pseudo-Satellite (HAPS) designed for long-endurance operations in the stratosphere. It is a representation of our commitment to pushing the boundaries of UAV performance, combining ultra-light engineering, advanced energy management, and autonomous flight control.

Key features

  • Designed for continuous operation (multi-week) at 18–20 km altitude

  • Tactical-sized = Launchable rapidly, without extensive infrastructure

  • Wingspan: 10–15 meters

  • Payload capacity: ~2-3 kg

While still in the initial stages of development, Photon is aimed at providing persistent aerial presence for applications such as remote sensing, atmospheric research, disaster monitoring, and secure communications. Our goal is to offer a flexible, cost-effective alternative to satellites — with the ability to loiter above a target area for days or even weeks.

As we continue to advance this technology, we are also open to collaboration and early partnerships in both civil and defense sectors. Whether for data collection, surveillance, or experimental payload testing, Photon is being built to meet the future of high-altitude operations.

Applications

  • Atmospheric & Climate Research

  • Mapping & Surveying

  • Environmental Monitoring

  • Disaster Response

  • Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)

Current Status

  • Low-altitude scaled prototype under construction

  • Initial tests will validate energy balance, flight control, and modular avionics.

Future Vision

Photon aims to offer a modular payload bay, custom-built avionics, and multi-week autonomous endurance in the stratosphere — providing a flexible and cost-effective alternative to traditional satellite platforms.
